For our growing team in the Automation & Drives division, we are looking for a technically skilled and communicative personality who, as Project Manager Automation & Drives (m/f/d), will assume technical and economic responsibility for demanding projects in drive, automation, and energy technology. You will play a key role in designing technical solutions – from conception to successful acceptance – and impress with your experience, professional competence, and ability to position KRIKO as a reliable and long-term partner for our customers.
Your Tasks
- Management of projects in drive, automation, and energy technology
- Control of all project phases: concept, engineering, material procurement, assembly, commissioning
- Close technical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Planning and monitoring of deadlines, budgets, and quality targets
- Technical coordination of the project team
- On-site customer visits
- Optional: Taking on sales tasks (presentations, customer support, quotation support)
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical/automation engineering or comparable qualification (technician, master craftsman)
- In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: electrical design, switch cabinet construction, assembly, software development, or commissioning
- Experience in a position of responsibility—e.g., in sales, project management, electrical planning, or software development
- Several years of professional experience with an industrial service provider in automation or energy technology or in a mechanical engineering company
- Alternatively, experience in a manufacturing company in production or process technology
- Willingness to travel, team spirit, initiative, and flexibility
- Very good German and good English skills
