Training within your system architecture

[Translate to English:]

PCS 7 Training - Individual

Our “Individual” training model offers you a unique training experience: PCS 7 training tailored entirely to your company – directly on your own system architecture. To do this, we recreate your PCS 7 environment at our premises. This means that your employees do not train using anonymous examples, but under realistic conditions and based on the actual hardware, software, and library structures that they use in their daily work.

Advantages of the Individual Training

Training on the real system

Training on your original PCS 7 configuration – including your existing hardware and network topology, software versions, and project-specific settings.

Your own libraries and blocks

Exercises and training content are based on your customer-specific CFC/SFC blocks, user libraries, standards, and function blocks.

Solutions for your real-world challenges

Typical error patterns, optimization approaches, or current problems from your plant are integrated directly into the training. Your employees develop practical and sustainable solutions.

Effective learning in a familiar environment

Since all interfaces, project structures, and processes are already familiar, the training focuses entirely on deepening PCS 7 functionalities—not on learning how to use unfamiliar systems.

Training without interfering with the production system

Training courses take place in our isolated training environment. This means that even complex tests, manipulations, or simulations can be carried out without any risk to your production.

Efficiency gains for your team

Participants learn exactly what they need for their everyday work – no unnecessary baggage, maximum relevance, immediately applicable knowledge.

Learning objective

Your team will gain a deep, practical understanding of their own PCS 7 system—from system structure and project planning to diagnostics, maintenance, and optimization. This will reduce downtime, improve system reliability, and strengthen your employees' decision-making skills.

Prior knowledge

No prior knowledge is necessary. You determine the scope and level.

Target group

Electricians, MSR, maintenance technicians, project engineers
