Your tasks
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process, from active search to hiring
- Creation of attractive job advertisements and selection of suitable recruiting channels
- Active candidate search (active sourcing) via platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, StepStone, etc.
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
- Supporting candidates throughout the entire process
- Working closely with specialist departments and management
- Further developing our recruiting strategy and employer branding measures
The recruiting role is generally designed to be part-time. However, if you are suitable, it can be expanded to include management assistant tasks.
Your profile
- Completed degree, ideally in economics or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in an industrial environment or in a human resources consulting firm or agency
- Confident use of social media and recruiting tools
- Professional, friendly manner and strong communication skills
- Structured, independent way of working and a good sense for people
- Motivation to actively develop recruiting processes
