Your tasks
- Advising and supporting new and existing customers from the process industry (e.g., paper, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, water/wastewater, energy) in the use of our KRIS 4 digital data platform.
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing customized solutions for the digitalization and optimization of production processes.
- Presentation of the advantages of KRIS 4, in particular central data collection, real-time visualization, online monitoring, recipe management, energy management according to ISO 50001, and data analysis.
- Independent management of the entire sales process – from initial contact to contract conclusion.
- Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from development, support, and project management.
- Active participation in shaping the product and sales strategy through feedback from the market.
Your profile
- Completed degree in economics, computer science, automation, process engineering (e.g., paper technology), or a comparable field, as well as relevant professional experience. Alternatively: Several years of professional experience in the process industry with in-depth process experience.
- Affinity for digitalization, Industry 4.0, and data-based solutions.
- Ideally, initial experience in the sale of software solutions or IT products – career changers with process and industry knowledge are explicitly welcome.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment of working with customers.
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
