For our growing sales team in automation and drive technology, we are looking for a technically skilled and communicative personality who will take on both customer-oriented sales tasks and responsible project management tasks. Through close communication with our customers' contact persons, even in the quotation phase, you will have the opportunity to accompany your acquisition and sales activities throughout all project phases and bring them to a successful conclusion.

Supporting our existing customers and continuously developing our customer base are equally important to you.
Your Responsibilities – Sales & Technical Consulting
- You will visit our customers on site and clarify technical requirements, constraints, and spatial conditions.
- You will develop customized solutions based on Siemens TIA Portal and drive technology systems (e.g., SINAMICS S120, ABB Multidrive).
- You will prepare quotations, conduct consultations and clarification meetings, and handle all quotation negotiations.
- You will impress with your technical expertise and build long-term, trusting business relationships.
- After project completion, you will continue to be available as a competent contact person for service and support questions.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our service portfolio and support the sustainable expansion of our customer base.
Your Responsibilities - Project Management & Implementation
- Once an order has been placed, you will assume full project responsibility for defined customers or projects.
- You will lead the interdisciplinary project team in close coordination with the technical team leaders and coordinate all project phases – from design and programming to commissioning.
- You will work closely with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality project implementation.
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable qualification (technicians/master craftsmen welcome).
- Several years of professional experience with an industrial service provider in automation or energy technology or in a mechanical engineering company.
- Alternatively, experience in a manufacturing company in production or process technology.
- Broad expertise in automation, drive, or low-voltage technology.
- Ideally, in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: electrical design, control cabinet construction, assembly, software development, or commissioning.
- Experience in a position of responsibility—e.g., in sales, project management, electrical planning, or software development.
- Willingness to travel, team spirit, initiative, and flexibility.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
